- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We have taken our dogs to Dr. Rains for many years. He is willing to take the time to explain the details of your dog's health to you. He is compassionate, knowledgeable, and knows when it's no longer smart to keep treating your aging dog. I can't say enough positive words about him when we had to put our dogs down.
