- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I currently see Dr. Steven Roberts, my experience with him has been the best of my life. I came from Portland Oregon with a very difficult medical complication. Portland is considered a "highly advanced medical area" and I was treated like cattle at over 8 different facilities, these places where supposed to be the best of the best, Harvard medical graduates, naturapaths, physical therapy, you name it, I've tried it. Dr. Roberts was very polite, listened, gave valuable feedback back, and came to a conclusion that helped more than anything in the last 8 years. He simply took time to talk and listen. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪While the doctors and nursing staff are great, they should FIRE their billing person. Despite having been in their office nearly a half dozen times in 2017 AND repeatedly telling them that my entire family is covered under my insurance plan PLUS providing them copies of the card, they continue to file claims with our old insurance company - one that I haven't been covered under for THREE YEARS!
