  Horrible. Been with Brad Daws for almost 20 years insuring our home and 4 cars and never even met the guy. When we insured our Subaru they wanted an instant payment on a credit card. It took 6 weeks to get the paper work to us with Annie making every excuse in the book for the delay-mostly blaming corporate which was already a bad sign. When the car was totaled two years later, the nightmare began. Brad Daws office was no help at all-never even acknowleded the accident. We had to fight with the claims office who offered us about $6,000.00 less than what the car was worth. It took almost 2 1/2 months to finally get a check from State Farm. When I called for assist from my agent, Brad Daws he was out of town. Guess where he was?-Big Sky. Then he was out sick for two days. He was unavailable when we needed him after paying thousands of dollars over the years. Then he had his assistant call and offer us a gift to not write a bad review. Anyone that writes a good one is either a friend or has not filed a claim. Know your agent-know they will come through for you.
